3. Payment is due on the day of purchase unless otherwise arranged

6. Trade Accounts can be arranged with the completion and acceptance of a Credit Application.  This will enable 20th of the month following purchase payment terms
7. Liberte Palms do not take responsibility for damage caused by external delivery companies in transit.  We do take responsibility for any damage caused if product is delivered by our own team
8. All details registered on our website are confidential and used within our company only for direct contact
9. We guarantee our product and will swap goods that are proven to have a problem that originates from our Nursery
10. Where payment is not received within the payment terms period 10% interest may be charged
